The Grow, Cook, Eat Initiative is an open-ended programme inspired by Green Angel Initiative, Greece and The Brahma Kumaris Environment Initiative – “Yogic Agriculture”.

It is a new concept in growing, cooking and eating – the concept of using pure energy vibrations.

It is based on the knowledge and understanding that food is very sensitive to energy vibrations from its seed stage straight through to its readiness for eating and even while being consumed.

The Aim:

• To stimulate interest in Healthy Eating.
• To encourage people to grow their own food, effortlessly and economically
• To educate them to enhance their environment by using plants and recyclable materials in an attractive way.
