Women of Spirit

A perfect opportunity to touch base with yourself amidst the busy schedule of daily life! Each month will focus on a different theme, using various create forms of expression including writing, drawing, conversation and guided commentaries. No artistic talent required!

This programme runs on the first Thursday of every month.

Time: 6:30pm to 8pm
