MedFoundation Course in Raja Yoga Meditation

4 Tuesdays: 10am to 11:30am

4 Thursdays: 5:30pm to 7pm

Raja Yoga meditation redefines the self as a soul and enables a direct connection and relationship with the Supreme Source of purest energy and highest consciousness.The topics covered in this course lead to a deeper understanding of yourself, your intrinsic positive qualities and your innate value.

Positive ThinkingPositive Thinking

To get the best out of life, all we need to do is rethink our mind-set and tweak our outlook. The course in Positive thinking helps us to understand how our mind really works and teaches us how to regain control over negativity.

Courses are offered once weekly over a 3-week period.

Mondays 11am – 12:15pm or 5pm – 6:15pm

self esteemSelf Esteem

No matter how successful we may be, almost all of us could do with a self-esteem boost. In this course you will learn simple techniques to develop self-awareness and self-acceptance; understand the cause of poor self-esteem; build self-worth and reconnect with core strengths.

Courses run weekly over the course of 3 weeks

Tuesdays 5pm – 6:15pm

A course in which you will explore how to:

  • protect yourself against negative influences;
  • respond to pressure with calm, confidence and clarity
  • make quality time for yourself

4 one-hour sessions Wednesdays from 6pm -7pm

Overcoming Anger

A course exploring the different ways anger expresses itself in us; recognising the perceptions, attitudes and beliefs about anger; and empowering us to move away from suppression and aggression towards a more assertive approach.

This course is offered on the second Saturday of every month as a stand-alone session from 3pm – 5pm.
