Microgreens

1. Choose any kind of wise shallow dish.

2. Put a shallow layer of soil.

3. Sprinkle the seeds

4. Sprinkle a layer of soil over the seed

5. Spray the soil and seed with water daily.

6. Germinated seeds

7. Ready for harvesting

8. Use scissors to cut greens to the soil line

9. Rinse and eat.
Sweet Potatoes

Place a potato that is showing signs of growing in a container with water.

Alternately a jam jar will do.

After a week roots begin to grow.

Plant out in soil.

Watch it grow, The leaves are edible too.
Beans

Sprout beans either on wet paper towels or tissues.

Transplant the sprouted beans into pots.

Plant out into soil once the young plants are sturdy enough.

Provide growing poles for the plant to climb.

Flowers will appear from 3 weeks after planting out.

The beans are matured for harvesting.
