Ingredients
- 2 litres milk
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Boil the milk
- Add lemon juice to the boiling milk
- The milk will split, keep stirring with a spoon until the liquid becomes almost transparent
- Remove from the heat
- Over a colander place a piece of cheese cloth
- Pour the milk in this, the cheese cloth will capture all the paneer
- Take the cheese cloth out of the colander
- You then need to put some pressure on the paneer to squeeze out all the water
- After a couple of hours, the paneer should have set,remove the cheese cloth
