Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tablespoon tbsp honey or 170grams sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 cups water
- 6 tablespoon carob or cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
- Mix all together, beat well and bake at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 25 minutes. Ice with carob or cocoa icing.
