For those who love sandwiches we suggest a new way of making them. Bread Rolls are a nourishing, easy to make, easy to take and tasty to eat kind of sandwiche.

Ingredients
- 4 slices one day old bread
- cooked mashed potatoes
- ½ teaspoon crushed fresh green chilies
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped coriander
- salt to taste
- oil for deep frying
- water to soak the bread
Directions
- Put the mashed potato in a bowl, add salt, fresh chillies and coriander, mix well
- Soak a slice of bread in water for 1 minute. Squeeze it with two hands
- Add the potato filling and shape it into patty roll
- Repeat for the remaining slices and potato filling
- Heat oil and carefully drop the bread roll, one at a time, occasionally turning until golden brown and crispy
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup
