Ingredients
- 250 grams semolina or chapati flour (atta)
- 250 millilitres boiling water
- 2 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
- pinch of salt
- oil
Directions
- In a bowl take semolina add, salt
- Gradually add hot water, stirring and mixing with a spoon, until the dough forms a soft ball
- Knead and keep for 30 to 60 mins
