Ingredients
- 2 grated oven baked beetroots
- 2 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoon pine nuts
- 2 tablespoon dried apricots
Directions
- Finely chop baked beetroots
- Place beetroots in a bowl
- Add honey, condensed milk, honey, raisins, pine nuts and dried apricots
- Mix well serve salad cold
